How Bitcoin Rate Has Changed In Three Years For Different Countries


The researchers compared the changes in the exchange rate of the most capitalized cryptocurrency. Bitcoin rate growth in relation to a number of popular national currencies since the beginning of 2020 has ranged from 56% to 128%, reports Cointelegraph.

Bitcoin demonstrated the smallest growth in relation to the Swiss krona (56%), the largest – to the Brazilian real (128.4%). The growth of the cryptocurrency rate against the Russian ruble since the beginning of the year amounted to 97.7%.

At the same time, the growth rates of BTC against national currencies, on an annualized basis, look much more modest. The cryptocurrency showed the worst results in a pair with the Swedish krona (-1.3%) and Myanmar kyat (-1.6%).

The best growth result for the year was recorded in the bitcoin pair with the Zambian kwacha (56.1%).

At the same time, in the period from August 2018 to August 2020, the bitcoin rate grew most actively against the Argentine peso (365.3%).

For comparison, the result of BTC paired with the Russian ruble over the same period of time is 108.7%.
